Deliveries

ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS

We ship anywhere within Australia via Australia Post parcel service and internationally via Australia Post Airmail parcel service or Australia Post Sea Mail. Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-3 business days for parcels. Approximate delivery times for international parcels is 3-6 working days.

Shipping is automatically calculated on the total weight of the items to be purchased. A low handling fee of $3 per order is added to cover the cost of postage packaging such as padded bags or boxes.

Goods will be shipped immediately once payment has been processed for credit card purchases. For cheque or money order, goods will be shipped immediately once payment has been received and approved.

Postal charges for international air and sea freight are calculated using Australia Post Delivery Rate Calculator (DRC). International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order.

Refunds

We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a resale-able condition.
Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained via Metro Music Instrument Sales. Refund will only be issued after we have received the goods and verified their conditions.

Stock Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

Product Descriptions

Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor. It is the responsibility of the customer to indicate the preferred colour code of the product. This can be included during the checkout process in the comments text box.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be entirely satisfied by what you have ordered. If something is not right, let us know and we will endeavor to send you a new item or provide you with an exchange. We will only refund items as required by law.

Returns

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to: Metro Music Instrument Sales, P.O. Box 874, Eltham, Victoria, Australia. 3095

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Metro Music Instrument Sales accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.

Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Metro Music Instrument Sales reserves the right to refuse any returns that are:

• incomplete or have missing parts

• are not returned in their original packaging

• either the product or packaging is damaged during transport

• the customer simply does not want the purchased item
